Through practical actions, they conveyed care and by standing side by side, they gathered strength. This made this Labor Day warmer and more meaningful.

Caring for your health begins with a physical examination. 

On the morning of April 30th, all the employees of Jincai New Materials gathered at the company early. They were full of energy and smiling happily, taking a group photo at the company gate in an orderly manner to capture the wonderful moments before the journey. Every smiling face in the photos carried the expectations of the Jincai people for this healthy and joyful trip. 

After the group photo was taken, everyone got on the bus together and headed to Zhejiang Xin'an International Hospital for a physical examination. During the journey of the bus, there was continuous laughter and joy inside the vehicle.

Zhejiang Xin'an International Hospital is located in the core area of Xiuzhou District, beside the Xiuhu Lake. It was jointly approved by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce to establish a large-scale comprehensive international hospital. It is a designated hospital for medical insurance in Zhejiang Province and the five counties and two districts of Jiaxing City's urban-rural cooperative medical insurance, as well as a designated hospital for the 120 emergency network. It has now become an important part of the medical and health system in Jiaxing City.

After completing all the physical examinations in the morning, everyone got on the bus and, singing and laughing happily, set off on the team-building trip to Cha Grandpa's organic farm with great anticipation. 

After arriving at the farm, everyone quickly formed groups and orderly received the ingredients and cooking utensils. They all transformed into chefs and competed with each other in cooking skills. A lively barbecue and picnic feast filled with the aroma of cooking officially began. Cooking wild rice, grilling meat skewers, stir-frying home-cooked dishes - everyone had clear roles and worked in perfect harmony, and each person was immersed in the joy of doing it themselves. 

The fragrant wild rice, the sizzling grilled skewers, and the delectable home-cooked dishes were all served up one after another. Everyone sat together, sharing the delicious food they had prepared themselves, chatting about their feelings and enjoying the joy. Every bite of the food carried the joy of labor and the warmth of the team. With simple ingredients, because of the companionship of working side by side, they became exceptionally sweet. 

Finally, in this fun picnic competition, the lists of the first prize-winning team, the second prize-winning team, and the third prize-winning team were finally announced. The company presented small gifts to the winning teams to encourage their dedication and efforts. Applause and cheers marked the successful conclusion of this cooking competition.

After the picnic, the company carefully organized a series of team-building games that were both entertaining and collaborative. Everyone laughed heartily and actively participated. The sounds of cheering, shouting and applause were heard continuously, reverberating in every corner of the farm.
