Promoting prevention through demonstration, ensuring safe development | Jincai New Materials organizes 2026 fire safety emergency practical drill! 

In order to further enhance the enterprise's fire safety management level, strengthen the fire safety awareness of all employees, improve the emergency escape, self-rescue and collaborative response capabilities, and effectively build the enterprise's safety production defense line, on April 16th, Zhejiang Jincai New Materials Co., Ltd. specially invited the fire brigade of Yuanhua Town, Haining City to enter the enterprise and jointly organized - the 2026 Fire Safety Emergency Practical Drill. 

Universal Fire Safety - Life First 

This drill consists of four parts: a simulation of fire escape drills, a rescue of injured persons drill, practical training on fire extinguishers, and operation of fire hoses. It truly achieved the goal of promoting prevention through drills and preparing for combat through training. 

1. Simulation of fire escape drill

At the beginning of the drill, the fire training personnel explained the knowledge of the escape drill. Then, as the alarm bell rang, the employees participating in the drill held wet towels over their mouths and noses, followed the safe evacuation route of the factory area, and quickly, orderly and standardly evacuated to the outdoor safe assembly area. 

The entire evacuation process was carried out in a tense yet orderly manner, without any congestion, pushing, or desertion. Not a single person fell behind. This fully demonstrated the excellent safety awareness and emergency discipline of the Jincai employees. 

2. Rescue of Injured Personnel Drill

Fires are merciless, but rescue efforts are filled with love. A special rescue of injured personnel simulation section was set up at the drill site. In the simulated scenario, after the evacuation was completed, the search and rescue personnel discovered that there were "injured persons" in a coma at the scene. Upon discovery, they immediately reported it. The search and rescue team quickly entered the scene and safely transferred the injured to a safe area using stretchers. 

3. Fire Extinguisher Practical Training

On a safe and open area within the factory premises, the fire training personnel demonstrated the "lifting, pulling, grasping, and pressing" four-step operation method for the portable dry powder fire extinguisher. The employees took turns to practice the operation. With each spraying drill, the employees progressed from "nervous and clumsy" to "skilled and precise", truly mastering the practical skills of using the fire extinguisher and achieving the goal of "everyone understands fire safety and everyone can extinguish fires". 

4. Usage of Fire Hose

During the on-site demonstration, the fire training personnel provided a detailed explanation of the operation details of fire hoses, including throwing and connecting, disassembling the water gun, controlling water pressure, etc. They personally demonstrated standard actions such as quickly throwing the hose, precisely connecting the interface, and holding the water gun properly, and conducted on-site demonstrations.

This fire drill is not only an important measure for Jinchai New Materials to fulfill its primary responsibility for safety production, but also a key action to lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the enterprise. In the future, Zhejiang Jinchai New Materials Co., Ltd. will take this drill as an opportunity to continuously strengthen fire safety management, make fire safety training and practical drills regular, institutionalized, and standardized, and continuously improve emergency response plans, identify and eliminate safety hazards, equip with fire facilities, and implement safety responsibilities.
